i think it was worded perfectly, although at the start i was a bit confused on whether she arrived at a funeral or a wedding. i think the feeling that was given off was confusing but the title kind of adds it all up together and makes the reader question it. questions like: is she the one that killed lisa?
is lisa acctually dead? what’s gonna happen next? it really makes you think.
the central character seems quite clumsy as she arrived to her funeral late. we are also given the impression that she is friends with lisa and they were all part of a friend group when younger. we are told that todd (forgot his name) is 40 which implies that so is the person telling the story and the friend groups members.
i think that there is going to be a massive plot twist in the bigger pages of the book which makes me want to read it even more.
