The story is told from the viewpoint of 2 different female characters.
Georgie and Bronwyn are brought together at the memorial for their college best friend Lissa.
Lissa is suspected to have drowned while swimming at night off the island where her and her husband own a luxury resort.
However after the rest of the guests leave, they and their fellow college friends find themselves questioning the death.
Strange things are happening on the island, the resort manager is murdered and there seems to be a large snake like creature in the water.
This novel was very well written, especially all the different characters viewpoints. I really enjoyed reading the story from the different aspects.
The ending of the novel was surprising but it came to a satisfactory ending.
I would highly recommend this novel to anyway looking to embroiled themselves in a fun mystery.
