We are introduced to Ria at an event to raise awareness for the women's shelter she works for. The opening is moving as we are introduced to the plight of the women in the shelter, and how this effects Ria.
Ria's partner, Danny is working away for 30 days, so although she has a network of family and friends, Ria is alone in her home with her 2 children.
This wouldn't normally be a problem, but considering where she works the package with a mobile phone, with a video of her leaving the shelter and a text saying 'I'm watching you' gives some indication of where the story will go.
It will be interesting to see how this develops, as it started with strong characterisation and background into the main characters.
