The cover leaves you feeling really uneasy especially in the current climate where everyone can be ‘watched.’
The first couple of chapters seem really good. I like how they seem to be counting down the days and I’m hoping that the novel follows only the 30days that the husband is away.
I’m not 100% sure about the protagonist at the moment - if she is an advocate for women then why is she in this situation and not taking her own advice?
