I liked how realistic this was - how the protagonist is down to earth and is struggling with life herself, but doesn't seem to be trying to get sympathy.
I work in the charity sector myself so can empathise with her struggle.
I enjoy too how at the moment she isn't thinking too much into the phone - although I'm guessing this won't be the case for long!
