I was very eager to get into the storyline of this book after reading the first look. The premise of following the two storylines was a challenge at first as I tried to decipher how the tales interlinked. The two women were both very different and this came through with the help of the contrasting story telling. I think it was very clever to use a diary to tell Tanya's story whilst using Ria as the main character, it added an extra level of intrigue to the thriller.
As it progresses you learn more about the characters and Ria's husband Danny, I think that development of the character to include not only a husband but children makes you think that it truly could happen to anyone.
Overall a great read and hopefully the first of many from a great author!
