I wasn't a fan of the cover in the first instance as I felt it a little busy but now I have read the first few chapters, I can see why the author chose this style and detail. Already the complexity of the story, the characters and the historic reality in which the story is set, is clear.
The author is good with setting the scene - with alot of gruesome detail! - and already I have a feel of our main characters Kerry and Justy. A connection has been hinted between them, but what is their history?
I have lots of questions so am keen to see how the rest of the story pans out!
