Grace Dent is a prolific writer who studied journalism at university and has worked for prestigious publications such as Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan and Glamour, as well as publishing eleven novels. Dent's story from growing up in Carlisle to her progression to one of the most recognisable food critics in the UK sounds like an interesting journey. Autobiographies are my favourite genre of books, so I'd love to read more about Grace's life through her own eyes and via her own words...and I can definitely relate to the cheese and pineapple centrepieces that were all the rage in the 1980s!
