Grace Dent's work includes Diary of a Chav - a series I liked because it was original. Despite enjoying her work, I do not think this book is for me. Other fans may enjoy it though. The disclaimer at the front is a bit disappointing 'Names have been changed in order to give privacy to people who never imagined their secrets would end up in a book published by HarperCollins. Some places, events, dates and times have also been changed for that reason.' Do we even get to know Dent if this is the case?There are other memoirs I would rather read, but good for Dent who has another string to her bow.
