I struggled to read this book, it failed to captivate me, even thought with it being non fiction, i felt it could have. It was a comical look at an eating disorder and I found that hard to comprehend, it did come with some nostalgia when talking about certain foods and how life was back then, but other than that, i found it difficult to follow and unfortunately for me I had to do not finish this book, i may come back to it in the future but at the time i read it, it wasn't for me at all. What i did love about it was the bright yellow cover, which drew me in, the cover of the book looks great and it's what originally drew me in to want to read this book, also i'm a foody so talking about food for me is a bonus, regardless of the content. I will try to pick this book up again in the future, but for me at the moment, it was not an enjoyable read unfortunately but I wouldn't deter anyone else from reading it.
