Wow - I thoroughly enjoyed this memoir. Grace Dent tells the interesting story of her life from her childhood to the present day. The book is a great read. It made me laugh but also nearly brought me to tears. The story is a familiar one and stuck with me. She writes in a relatable manner that allows you to identify similarities with yourself.
There was so many memories that I didn't even know I had that this book bought up. So many mentions of food or tv or comments that so many of us have memories of. Grace really opens up and lets you take a real open look into her life. It highlights the importance of family throughout our lives and I found it really heart-warming particularly when she talks about her brother.
