This sounds such a lovely, nostalgic read about how foodeans so much to us.
As a child to growing up and reminiscing as an adult its the meals we ate and shaped our pallet that brings back a rush of memories.

This seems like a sensitive, touching memoir centred around growing up working class and eating all that was put before you. As you were always told to clear your plate and be grateful.

Definitely want to read this one as the relationship between the author and food seems so evocative. I love Grace on the tv shows I’ve seen her on she seems like a lovely lady and I’m sure with her job she has plenty of tales to tell. I always find her very descriptive about the food she tries and I’m sure this book will provide pictures in our memories that will probably send us to the kitchen to recreate classics that remind us of our memories of life.

Can’t wait to read the full version.
