You do not have to tell me twice. This book is about Laurence, a ballerina who would do anything to be center stage. A black girl on a scholarship, an outcast from the rest and determined to be the best. A perfectionist who dances on the edge of pain and pleasure. How far is she willing to go? What dark powers must she possess? What will be her sacrifice?

I would love to get a hold of this novel. You do not have to tell me twice. The immediate competitiveness and passion poured from Laurence about dance, to horror's extreme extent, intrigued me from the beginning. I enjoy novels that focus on high pressured careers mixed with drama and fantasy. It perfectly encapsulates real life. This will be a must read!
