Beautiful
I found this book to be beautiful and kind and thoughtful and heart breaking through and through.
Evan is a strong nerdy character who knows who he is. Will is a sweet autistic brother with a heart the size of the Empire State Building and Shoosh perfectly demonstrates love and loss.
The Shoosh character was so well written, I felt her pain and could understand where here problems and anger came from. Her parents were understood as well, no one was a villain, they were just all too busy fighting their own battles.
Evans mum was strong and loving and trying to hide her cancer must be hard thing to do but something a lot of people try, especially Americans who don’t get treated well if they aren’t working 24/7.
The cover of the book is lovely and the little cuts to past romance and connections sometimes broke the tension of the scene. I really liked this book
