To be honest I chose this book as I felt I needed to read a romance but I felt this book was more of a mystical fantasy and it didn’t pull me fully into the story as much as I wanted it too. I did struggle with the language and maybe this is why it did not connect fully with me. I felt that it flitted between characters and I never fully got close to any one of them. The blurb made it sound like fate where two souls connected and were meant to be together and showed the emotional journey they took. I didn’t like how within the chapters it also jumped in text mode showing their communications. The cover is beautiful and that is what pulled me me first of all. I am afraid that the plot was difficult to follow and I was co fused from the starts and felt bad that I didn’t enjoy it but you can’t enjoy all the books you read, but I do like to push myself and read different authors.
