I don't know the author or his work but the title intrigued me. I will read this book only because I am interested in all the mentioned topics like behavior issues, psychology, genetics and mental health. Linking stories of comedians with certain of these topics does make it easier to digest. I did get a little lost at certain stages because it felt like the author tried to cover too much content in one chapter.
The writing style was easy to follow and you soon get in the swing of it and appreciate the humor. You do get the sense that a lot of research has gone into this which includes a fair amount of academic references. It provides a different view on behavior and why we act the way we act.
