I'm sure that young children would absolutely love this book! I Say Oh You Say No sounds like great fun, especially as it uses the word 'Butt' which I am certain will have most younger kids rolling around in fits of giggles while their grown up reads to them! I like the illustrations too, and the rhyming nature of the title.
