If this encourages children to read then that can only be a good thing, but it sounds like a bit rude and uncouth for most readers. Adults probably wouldn't enjoy this, but kids would, especially the images which they could visit themselves. However, like horrible histories if kids want to learn about rude things then it is a benefit I suppose.
