Thank you for my advanced readers copy of I say oh, you say no.

This is an interactive book where the child is involved in the narrative, the first time I read it I had to go through it myself before letting it loose on my little girl. But once you've got the hang of it there are lots of giggles and misunderstandings.

It helps with understanding how words can mean different things, how to interact, rather than just listen to a story and I don't know what it is with bottom humour but toddlers just seem to love it! My little girl can be in fits of laughter due to a wiggly bare bear bottom!

I would advise not to read this at bedtime as it usually gets my little one riled up due to the funniness and we end up arguing about the word 'no' longer than the book does. The illustrations are bright and entertaining, bringing the narration to life and adding to the overall enjoyment of the book.
