This is a fab book, specifically age 3-5years. It has a lot of repetition in which helps children to understand the story and learn what comes next, meaning they want to pick up the book again and again.
The book has a real humorous side to it, getting children to join in by saying certain words at specific times in riddles and rhymes, making them giggle and really engaging them.
It talks about bottoms and gets children to wiggle theirs, encouraging a love of reading and also getting them active- a great combination.
I am sure this will be a firm favourite for children to pick up, even as they get older. It's a superb book to read aloud too, especially to a large group of children (reception class is ideal) as having them all join in together saying the words and actions goes down very well as a story at the end of the day. Really great book! Lots of giggles!
