I read this book with my year 4 students and they loved it! They found it hilarious and enjoyed joining in with all the interactive elements, getting to shout out and do the actions. They liked the humour (e.g. about the bear's butt!) and were all in fits of giggles. It's definitely a fun activity to do with a group of children, I'm not sure it would have the same effect if a child just read through the book independently. I can also see this being a fun book for parents to read to their children, or even siblings reading to each other. The text is simple and the illustrations are fun, colourful and engaging. It's quite easy to follow (although some of the children in my class forgot a few of the instructions). It was also a quick read, only taking us a few minutes to get through, so it makes a great filler activity. I'll definitely be keeping this one to read with future classes too!
