I simply loved this book, it’s most definitely aimed at a younger audience but I’m absolutely obsessed with the such ease and flow of the book. It includes humour directed towards the young minds and all in all, fun for their minds as they get to physically interact with the book.
The illustrations in this picture book are truly spot on as they present the characters in an approachable and child-friendly manner.It surely is a heart-warming book as i myself can almost envision the atmosphere and imagery created by the author!! I think this is a great book for children as it has a way of interacting with the reader through the use of verbal and visual cues.
I think that it would be a great book to start off with when beginning your reading journey at a young age. I wish books like this were available around my time as it uses a range of simple mindfulness techniques that are perfect for any bedtime story. I would say it’s most certainly a great read for young readers!!
