What a promising start to a good old fashioned adventure story for children. Tomboy Robyn and her friends are used to the freedom of playing in the woods and fields as much as they want but maybe things are changing. Now , we all know what was happening at Bletchley Park, but the children are mystified.
Just as an afterthought——— some of the things mentioned, like drying washed hair by sitting in the front of the fire reminded me of my own early childhood !
