The comparison with Lindsay Kelk was a perfect one. This book is fun, easy-to-read and not at all mentally-taxing. It's not something that you would rave abotu and say 'you absolutely must read this!' but it is equally one of those guilty pleasures that you could read in a day or so. The characters were fun and fairly likeable if lacking in depth.
