A Wonderful Romance
Lydia’s life hasn’t turned out exactly like she thought it would. At thirty she’s newly single, in a job she hates and surrounded by friends that seem to be living their dreams when she barely feels like she’s living. So when she’s offered a free holiday to Spain, she jumps at the chance. Then she happens to bump into her childhood friend Danny, she’s always fancied him and is ecstatic to jump onto a passionate holiday romance with him. But this relationship could be so much more, years ago they made a pact if they weren’t married by 30, they’d marry each other. But these pacts never work out, right?
I adored this funny and sweet romance book. Lydia is such a relatable character, I think it’s so easy to think the grass is greener and everyone has it better than you.
I loved that the romance didn’t need all the build up because the characters already knew each other. This was just such a fun book and I loved it.
