I was so excited to read this book when I received it in the post that I couldn't put it down when I started reading it.
Cat is worried after her friend Sarah Jane fails to show up to their weekly fitness class, Cat drives to Sarah's home she shares with a gamer constantly high on weed to find her room has been trashed and her room mate was unaware of the break in.
As a budding journalist Cat is instantly worried something is amiss and her best friend may be in danger as she discovers her friend has been kidnapped.
As the story continues we learn that Sarah has got herself mixed up in something scary as her journalism takes her to seedy clubs where women are forced sell themselves to earn money. Without giving away anymore we know that time is important now to ensure Sarahs sage return.
All in all this book was so exciting and nerve wracking that I had to read on to find out how it unfolded. I would really recommend this to anyone that loves suspense.
Also there may have been a typo on page 256 "...the most important thing for us to do it to get a bunch of trafficked women out of harm's way."
