It's been a while since I've been kept up at night unable to put a book down! This book was fast paced and tense and had so many twists and turns that's I was absolutely absorbed.
Normally the thought of reading a series out of order would halt me in my tracks but as I was sent this I though I ought to give it a go. I've not read any of the first 9 Hanne Wilhelmsen books but I will be now. The plots from previous books were mentioned but not so that I didn't understand what I'd missed!
The characters were deeply complicated and interesting. Henrik especially intrigues me - I just can't believe there aren't more to come! I love the change in character voice - as the scene switches multiple times in a chapter. This also helped to keep me gripped!
I'd highly recommend this book to anyone who likes a murder mystery / this is in another level!
