I always love a good mother/daughter different times/similar stories type book, which is what attracted me to read the extract.
I enjoyed the story that I could read so far, and I love how Marilyn and Angie seem have some kind of pattern in their stories that is repeated through the ages.
And I really liked the style, so rich in details to make you feel like you're observing the scene from the inside, without it being too much.
