I felt like this book was a little too fast paced for me and the plot seemed a little too unrealistic. This book follows to perspectives; Marilyn: a child actor living with her uncle in the late 90s, and Ava: her daughter who hopes to discover and meet her father.
I never really got into the book and quite sadly never got to finish it. I got up to about 3/4 of the way and them got really bored. It's quite upsetting as I heard really good things about Ava Dellaira from my friends and hoped to discover her as one of my go to authors. It turns out that this authors writing style isn't for me but I do see that people enjoy her books. If you want to read something exciting and adventurous, I would recommend this book.
