I was not the biggest fan of this book in the end. There wasn’t really anything wrong with it, I just had no motivation to pick it up. It took me 6 days to read 200 pages. The second half picked up quite a bit for me, I read the last 189 pages in 1 day. I just found the events of the second half more interesting.
I enjoyed the fact that it was told in two perspectives. I liked the fact that Marilyn told her side of the story herself, rather than getting it through Angie.
