Firstly, I love the cover and title. As someone who can buy books just from a cover, this drew me straight in.
This isn’t a genre I normally go for. I don’t know why, since I loved series like Harry Potter and Twilight etc. I’ve been looking for a new fantasy series to get into and this sounds fab. I was a bit confused at the beginning trying to get to grips with the scene being set. But by the second chapter I was hooked. I can’t wait to read more!
