Okay, so I love the cover. I'd heard of Christo, but haven't had chance to read anything by her so far. This was a good place to start.
I love the map at the beginning of the book, gives you an idea as to where book is set and places within the story. It's a good introduction and while themain character doesn't necessarily like magic but more the logical and mathmatical side to it, which is a different take. I'm intrigued as to where the book goes and was disappointed the first look ended because I had gotten drawn into the book.
