This sounds like it will be full of magic, mystery and adventure! I love magic and the idea of street magic and trickery in a fantasy setting sounds awesome. I like that the main character seems to be a bit morally gray. I'm interested to see more of the characters and the world. The first few pages definitely draws you in!
