Alexandra Christo has managed to capture my attention again! I love the way she starts her books and makes you feel interested in what's going on. She had a great story line for To Kill a Kingdom and I have a feeling this one is going to be just as good. Her writing is amazing and her characters are always interesting ones. This book makes me feel like there's a complex story building up (and there probably is). This book is one of my most anticipated of the year and I truly cannot wait until it's released. For now it's a four star but we'll see if it gets higher once the book is released. If you haven't read To Kill a Kingdom yet I urge you to. It was such a unique story and put a new twist on Mermaids and Sirens!
