I have been craving a adventure filled YA Fantasy for a loongg time and this was perfect to fulfil those cravings. For a while now I've been reading books published years ago because I have not been able to find a recently published book that interests me but everything about this book was irresistible.
At first it felt I thought it wouldbe like a knock off version of Six of Crows or Ace of Shades but this book and tgis world is incredible and unique in it's own right!
The characters are so wonderfully constructed and complex. It's got great representation that flows naturally and isn't in your face. The romance is perfect and not overdone.
The plot is gripping and I cannot wait for the sequel. I NEED MORE AND I NEED IT NOW!
