Thanks for the opportunity to read this. It was a rollercoaster of hating it to wanting the read the next one… very mixed feelings about this and I will probably just do the audiobook for the sequel so that I can do other things whilst listening.
So, I feel like this started book okay, not terrible but not particularly engaging. It got slightly more interesting for a couple of chapters then just spiralled down into terribleness again until the last few chapters. However, despite it being terrible for the majority of the book, it ended such a way I still want to read the sequel! But like I said, it will probably be the audio book because I probably won’t be able to force my way through another rollercoaster of engaging writing and plot lines.
Not sure what else I can say about this right not but need to find somewhere with the sequel as an audio book.
