I love Alexandra Christo's first novel To Kill a Kingdom so so much. The characters and the plot were so well written that I had very high expectations for her next novel called "Into the Crooked Place" and let me tell you, she did NOT disappoint!
Despite this new novel reminds a bit of Six of Crows I do think that its got well-developed character which is obviously the heart of this book. If you're a character-driven person than this book is definitely up your alley.
She keeps surprising me with her novels and I can't wait to read it in full so I can give a more insightful review of this new awesome duology that it's making everyone talk about it!
