Having read Sarah's previous book, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I'm very keen to see what this new novel is like.
Small-town America has always interested me as I feel that I'm living another life in one of these out-of-the way places and this could be a story I'm somehow involved in. Do I sound a bit bonkers? Maybe, but it pleases me as a disabled person to have this other life!
The subject matter isn't new but that doesn't matter as Sarah writes so well. I'm sure she will bring something different to the book.
The cover is quite plain, the colours a bit moody but I like it. An intriguing light shines onto the page.
