This book genre is very different to the type of books I usually read. However as I began to read the first few pages I found it easier to read and I found it intriguing. The book was a real page turner and it held my interest. The character of Gemma Woodstock was well written and her personality is really complex which was really interesting to see it unravel. Throughout the book I was left wondering who the murderer is and I enjoyed guessing who the murderer could be. Overall I feel like this is a really well written book with a strong plot and strong characters.
This book is very fast paced and had some really clever twists which keeps you guessing and turning the page. Going back to the main character Gemma she is a very strong character and at first I did not particularly like her then as the story went on I began to take a liking to her. The vast amount of characters in the book, many of them being suspects drove the story forward and it kept me guessing till the very end.
