I began this book feeling a lack of rappor with the main character who had been stabbed to death on the set of his recent film. He was spoilt and a bit irritating because he was a golden boy who it seemed could do no wrong. As the story developed however, cracks became visible and it was revealed through his relationships with others that all was not as it had initially seemed.

There was a middle lull where I came close to giving up, but this soon dispersed, and before long I was back with my head in the game and full of predictions.

I did partially guess that there was more to one person than was being made out, but the ending still came as a huge shock to me.

Great for anyone who loves a good murder mystery!
