It's been a long time since I was a Mum at the school gates, but I still remember the politics of having children and how competitive the mums could be even if the kids couldn't care less.
I really enjoyed the opening chapters of the book with the scandal about to hit and the introduction to the key characters - many of them people you instantly recognise, but wouldn't wish to be friends with!
This looks an entertaining tale, but may be a little too close to comfort for some mums.
