When she finds her daughter in a compromising position, she is determined that someone will pay and who is more convenient than the black sheep family of the town.
Also unknown to her, her eldest daughter is having a relationship with the eldest son of this particular family. Then her nemesis from her old job moves to town and other Lakers start hinting that the story she told about leaving her old job might not be the truth.
The story is mainly set in the days leading up to the opening night, but jumps forward to after that night and what happened then. I really enjoyed reading this.
