This book is perfect for summer. Filled with fun, frolics and laughs, it tackles the obsession that a lot of us have regarding social media. Daisy is obsessed with it - tweeting and instagramming everything in her day. Her job also revolves around social media too which means she doesn’t get a break from it… until she gets fired for tweeting an inappropriate tweet on her work account. From here she escapes to the country with her sister, meeting various people and ultimately changing her life along the way.
This book is a lovely, joyous read and one I really really enjoyed. It’s a light and easy read which means that it’s perfect for a distraction and you’d probably get it read in a day.
I loved Anna Bell’s writing style and I’d happily read more of her books in the future. Chick lic and rom coms at its best! Loved it!!
