I found this book so easy to get into and very difficult to put down. I like that it included all the problems a lot of people face in the modern world. I especially liked that it involved a ‘digital detox’, it made it feel like a very real and plausable story instead of something that is too far fetched. I enjoyed the setting of the village and the dilapidated farm and found it interesting to have two potential love interests. I really enjoyed when the author revisited ‘dickhead dominic’, i found that part really funny. The ending of the book definitly met my expectations and didn’t leave me with many unanswered questions. I like that the protagonist found her calling in life despite often feeling as if she were going back to square one. I would definitely recommend this book.
