I'm still not sure what the cover has to do with the story. From the extract it sounds like an episode of Orange is the New Black with a court case and the first few days of a prison sentence, including a rather graphic rape.The blurb though intrigues me more, the ex from all those years ago who was the serial killer has escaped and is killing again, making his way towards her? But isn't she still in prison, or is she out by that point as she was only serving 5 years? She seemed to play a part in the killing and cutting up of her previous best friend, but there must be (I hope) more information on what that part was or why it happened? There's an intimation that a rape may have been involved as she recalls it when it happens to her again in prison, was that a part of the reason for the murder?
