This is quite a well crafted psychological suspense thriller. It tells the story of Geo (Georgina) as a teenager falling in love with a 21 year old man, Calvin who murdered her best friend. They then dismembered and buried her. Interwoven with this, the novel also tells the adult story where she’s arrested and goes to prison and what happens on her release. Unfortunately more bodies are turning up killed in the same way seemingly heading for Geo. Luckily Geo’s childhood friend is now the detective in charge and he is looking out for her.
The main characters are quite well constructed and you want to find out what’s going to happen to them next.
If you like this genre of fiction then I can recommend that you read the book as I don’t think you will be disappointed.
