I found the start of the book a bit too rapid for me and couldn't really get to grips with how fast the action got going but as soon as I was a few chapters in I was hooked. The main characters are a mother and daughter, the mother Morgan is a writer and has written a successful books about the misjustices of the criminal system. She is then contacted by a woman called Angelica fry who asks her to look into her case as she is innocent and she didn't kill her ex boyfriend in a fire. The book has many twists and turns which I won't spoil for anyone who wants to read it but i would definitely recommend it and the shocks continue throughout the book. The book was well written and even though I felt I didn't particularly like the daughter and some prher characters it didn't hinder my enjoyment at all. Well done to the author it was a pleasure to read.
