Morgan Vine is now my favourite reporter/investigator. She's everything I personally look for in a female lead; strong, badass, clever, loyal, protective, fierce and is 100% completely at ease with her self, whether that be with her body or confidence or relationships. Simon Booker, hasn't sacrificed certain parts for more femininity. She's a independent woman but a mother too. She's real to me.
I honestly love this book and I'm actually waiting for the other book to arrive.
This novel is truly thrilling, easy to follow but not easy to guess or predict what would happen. All of the characters have depth and personality and back stories.
