Perfect! I am a massive crime and thriller fan and my god this book was incredible. I was abit disheartened when i realised it was the second book in the series but this didn't matter too much and work's well as a stand alone book (i will be reading the first!).
The characters were strong...the daughter was slightly annoying at times and you felt for her mother having to put up with her.
The story itself, I don't think i can explain it enough to do it justice. It is compelling, creepy, scary and very harrowing at times he didn't hold back and pulls no punches! I didn't mind but it could be too much for some people.
If you want a book you cannot put down and is a compulsive read, this is your book! I'm a massive fan.
