I feel like I should start by saying that the subject matter and genre of this book aren't usually what I choose to read. However, this particular book seemed interesting so I thought I'd give it a go.

At times I felt as though what I was reading was someone's genuine story, it felt raw and real, and at times a little bit extreme. After a terrorist bombing on the London Underground kills Michael's wife, he is devastated and turns his time and thinking towards revenge; he decides to kill the terrorist.

I liked that the book was written in a series of letters and journal entries. They really gave the writing a personal feel and with the chapters being relatively short the book was easy to race through.
